The coalition is pretty cool, right?! Re: acreage, the NY Wine site says only 10 acres (4ha) are planted in the Hudson Valley, but in my conversations with producers of the coalition there is clearly more than that. I’m just not sure how much. So my best estimate is 25 to 30 acres. Many of the plantings are within the last 5 or so years.
