If you wanted to get a great overview of Loire Valley Cabernet Franc, from its history, how it behaves in the vineyard, key appellations, and soils, this webinar has it all - and in under 30 minutes!

Allison Slute’s career in wine spans 14 years in both Canada and the US in a variety of roles in sales and marketing, including export sales, public relations, social media marketing, and sales distribution and management. Her love of wine and food blossomed after an immersive 3-month trip to France at the age of 15, which inevitably convinced her to pursue a career in wine. Her love of a single grape inspired her project Cab Franc Chronicles, where she explores and analyzes the terroirs and expressions of Cabernet Franc from all over the world. She holds her Certified Sommelier accreditation through the Canadian Association of Professional Sommeliers and is currently pursuing her WSET Diploma with an expected completion date of February 2022.

Depuis 14 ans, Allison Slute a œuvré au sein de l’industrie du vin, au Canada et aux États-Unis, dans divers rôles liés aux ventes et au marketing, dont notamment les ventes à l’export, les relations publiques, les médias sociaux et la gestion des ventes et de la distribution. Son amour du vin et de la gastronomie a vu le jour lors d’un voyage d’immersion de trois mois en France, à l’âge de 15 ans, ce qui allait, chemin faisant, la mener vers une carrière dans le monde du vin. Son amour profond d’un cépage unique lui a inspiré le projet Cab Franc Chronicles, où elle explore et analyse les terroirs et les expressions du cabernet franc de partout dans le monde. Elle a obtenu l’accréditation de Certified Sommelier de l’Association Canadienne des Sommeliers Professionnels et elle étudie présentement pour l’obtention du diplôme WSET, qu’elle espère compléter d’ici février 2022.
